Cerco 2020 Primavera

PRIMAVERA EN OTOÑO 2020

En nombre de todo el equipo de CERCO le queremos saludar e informar de que este año cumplimos 20 ediciones y, de alguna manera, nos gustaría que todas y todos formemos parte.

Ha sido y está siendo duro trabajar en estas situaciones pero, a pesar de todo, CERCO cumple 20 años, se celebra y queremos hacerlo con alegría.

Os invitamos a participar en una obra colaborativa con la que queremos construir un símbolo de solidaridad tras los días vividos en esta primavera 2020.

Por eso, inspirándonos en el conocido método Fukuoka, un sistema de cultivo que consiste en arrojar bolas de barro (nendo dango) que contienen, entre otros elementos, semillas que germinan allí donde caen, hacemos un llamamiento para realizar una acción simbólica colaborativa.

Convocamos a ceramistas a que nos envíen su nendo dango, una pieza cerámica que represente una flor.

Esa flor, junto con el resto, formará un jardín de flores cerámicas que quedarán instaladas de manera permanente en la entrada de nuestra sede. Así, tras el equinoccio de otoño de 2020 dispondremos de aquellas flores que no pudimos ver florecer en esta primavera arrebata.

Cuestiones técnicas importantes

Las medidas máximas son 12cm de ancho. x 12cm de alto x 15cm de alto y deberá tener un agujero de 6mm de diámetro para su instalación.
Se ha establecido respetar la gama cromática de los blancos para conseguir una unidad visual.
El 26 de Septiembre de 2020 se instalarán todas las piezas recibidas en el jardín de piedras del Centro de Artesanía de Aragón dentro del evento de CERCO 2020.
Las flores forman parte de una obra participativa por lo que quedarán de forma permanente instaladas y no se hará la devolución de la misma a los autores.

Los y las autoras corren con los gastos de envío, la organización se compromete a publicar en redes su participación junto con una foto de su pieza.
Las piezas se han de enviar entre el 1 y el 9 de Septiembre a: Centro de Artesanía de Aragón Calle Monasterio de Samos 42 , 50013 Zaragoza

SPRING IN AUTUMN 2020

On behalf of the entire CERCO team we want to greet you and inform you that this year we reach 20 editions and, in some way, we would like all of you to be a part of it.

It has been and is being hard to work in these situations but, despite everything, CERCO reaches 20 years old, and we want to celebrate with happiness.

We invite you to participate in a collaborative work with wich we want to build a symbol of solidarity after the days lived in this spring 2020.

Therefore, inspired by the well-known Fukuoka method, a growing system consisting of throwing clay balls (nendo dango) that contain, among other elements, seeds that germinate where they fall, we call for collaborative symbolic action.

We summon ceramists to send us their “nendo dango”, a ceramic piece that represents a flower.

That flower, with the rest, will form a garden of ceramic flowers that will be permanently installed at the entrance of our headquarters.

In this way, after the autumn equinox of 2020 we will have those flowers that we could not see bloom in this spring.

We appreciate your effort and collaboration in advance.

Important technical issues

The maximum measurements are 12cm wide. x 12cm high x 15cm high and should have a 6mm diameter hole for installation.
It has been established to respect the color range of the whites to achieve a visual unity.
On September 26, 2020, all the pieces received will be installed in the stone garden of the Crafts Center of Aragon within the CERCO 2020 event.
The flowers are part of a participatory work so they will be permanently installed and will not be returned to the authors.
The authors bear the shipping costs, the organization agrees to publish their participation in networks together with a photo of their piece.
The pieces have to be sent between the 1st and the 9th of September to: Centro de Artesanía de Aragón Calle Monasterio de Samos 42, 50013 Zaragoza, Spain.
